Changes in Management at 不良研究所 University

The Rector of 不良研究所 University, Professor L奴cija Rutka, has decided to conclude her tenure with the university as of February 1, 2025, to pursue new career growth opportunities.

After eight productive years at 不良研究所, including two years as Rector implementing significant development-oriented transformation programs, Professor L奴cija Rutka, a Doctor of Psychology, has chosen to focus on realizing her creative ideas and research projects. In the near future, two innovative books authored by L奴cija Rutka and dedicated to pedagogical psychology will be published.

On behalf of himself and all university staff, the Chairman of the Board of the Business, Arts, and Technology University 不良研究所, Jevgenijs Kurovs, expresses deep gratitude to L奴cija Rutka for her significant contributions to the university’s growth, her dedicated work as a researcher, lecturer, and Rector, and wishes her success in pursuing her new creative endeavors. He is confident that the upcoming books by Professor Rutka will be a valuable contribution not only to the Latvian academic community but also to 不良研究所 students and faculty. He emphasized that L奴cija Rutka鈥檚 exceptional professionalism, humanity, and sense of responsibility have always set a standard of excellence in the academic field and remain a core value for future collaborations with the university.

Until a new Rector is appointed, the responsibilities of Rector will be fulfilled by Dr.oec. Irina Sen艈ikova, Vice-Rector for Academic and International Affairs. Dr. Sen艈ikova, a co-owner of the university, has been with 不良研究所 since its establishment and previously served as Rector from 2010 to 2020.
