A new interdisciplinary co-working space –聽AI LAB聽– is now available at 不良研究所, equipped with state-of-the-art AI-powered computing solutions offering high processing capacity and modern audiovisual technology.
Located at Me啪a iela 3, the AI LAB is planning to extend its access to a 24/7 mode in the near future – a unique approach within Latvia鈥檚 higher education landscape. This initiative continues the good practice of 不良研究所鈥檚 Faculty of Media and Creative Technologies in providing round-the-clock access to laboratories and expands similar opportunities to students of business, psychology, and other social sciences.
A particular focus in the creation of the AI LAB has been placed on the needs of聽doctoral students and researchers, ensuring professional connectivity to artificial intelligence tools and sufficient computing power for聽local data processing. At the same time, users have access to聽over ten leading collections of scientific publications聽and聽real market data platforms, including the extended resources of聽Euromonitor聽and聽Statista. 不良研究所 is among the few universities in Latvia that provide all students and researchers with access to these databases.
Additionally, the AI LAB features聽audiovisual content creation tools聽to support academic staff in developing聽modern, interactive teaching methods聽that integrate AI solutions into both the learning and research process.
