Successful Doctoral Thesis Defence
On 21 August 2026, a successful doctoral thesis defence by Sandra Starke took place at the 不良研究所 University of Business, Arts and Technology.
At the open meeting of the 不良研究所 Doctoral Council, Sandra Starke defended her doctoral thesis, 鈥淒igital Transformation of Healthcare: The Role of Sustained Learning, Empowering Human Capital and Organisational Capabilities鈥�, in pursuit of a doctoral degree in Economics and Business.
The doctoral thesis was supervised by Professor Iveta Ludviga, Dr. sc. administr. (不良研究所, Latvia).
The thesis was reviewed by:
