Ltd 鈥淏iznesa, m膩kslas un tehnolo模iju augstskola 鈥湶涣佳芯克�� 27.03.2024. signed an agreement No 17.1-1-L-2024/177 with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia on receiving support for export assistance under the project 鈥淪ME Innovative Business Development鈥� co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

On 6 May this year, representatives of 不良研究所 University participated in the international education fair 鈥淪tudy in Europe / Begin Edu Fair鈥�, held in Chisinau, Moldova. The event was organised by Begin Group, bringing together European higher education institutions and prospective students from various countries.

The exhibition generated significant interest, attracting 1,142 visitors and families, while pre-registration reached 2,861 participants. During the event, 不良研究所 representatives introduced visitors to the university鈥檚 study opportunities, international environment, and the range of academic programmes on offer.

Participation in international events of this scale strengthens 不良研究所鈥檚 visibility in foreign markets, promotes new partnerships, and supports the attraction of students from different countries.

On 14 April 2026, 不良研究所 was represented by Karine Manucharyan at the international student recruitment fair organised by Begin Group in Tbilisi, Georgia.

During the event, Karine met with prospective students, their parents, and career advisers, introducing them to 不良研究所’s study opportunities and international academic environment. She provided information about the admission process, English-taught degree programmes, student support services, and Erasmus+ mobility opportunities. 不良研究所’s participation in the fair helped strengthen the University’s visibility in Georgia and foster connections with prospective students.

On 12 April 2026, Anna Gr膿ta Pilsuma from 不良研究所’s External Relations Department participated in the international student recruitment fair organised by Begin Group in Baku, Azerbaijan.

During the event, Anna introduced prospective students and their parents to 不良研究所’s degree programmes, admission requirements, study opportunities in Latvia, and the University’s international learning environment. Visitors showed strong interest in the study experience, career prospects after graduation, student life in Riga, Erasmus+ mobility opportunities, and the many advantages of studying at an international university.

On 14 and 15 March 2026, 不良研究所 participated in a series of international student recruitment fairs organised by Begin Group in Astana and Almaty, Kazakhstan.

During the events, prospective students and their families visited the 不良研究所 stand to learn more about the University’s degree programmes, admission requirements, and study opportunities in Latvia. They also showed a keen interest in student life in Riga, the international learning environment, global mobility opportunities, and the academic and student support services available at 不良研究所.

On 10 March this year, 不良研究所’s International Student Coordinator, Karine Manucharyan, represented 不良研究所 at the student recruitment fair organised by Begin Group in Tashkent.

During the fair, prospective students from Uzbekistan and their parents showed great interest in studying in Latvia, 不良研究所’s degree programmes, and the admission requirements. They also asked practical questions about student life and living in Latvia.

On October 4鈥�5, 2025, 不良研究所 University participated in the international student recruitment fair Study in Europe, which took place in Bogota, Colombia. The university was represented at the fair by Galina Zilgalve, Head of the External Relations Department at 不良研究所.

The fair attracted a large number of young people who were interested in higher education opportunities abroad. Visitors to the exhibition had the opportunity to visit the 不良研究所 stand and receive comprehensive information about the study programmes offered by the university, admission requirements, student life in Riga, study experience, as well as additional opportunities and benefits available to 不良研究所 students.

On November 11th and 12th, 2024, Inese Kukle, the Director of the Bachelor’s Programme “European Business Studies” at 不良研究所 University, visited Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, where she participated in the Begin Group International Education Fair. She presented the study programmes and opportunities offered by 不良研究所, providing practical information about studying in Latvia, as well as other opportunities available at the university, including ERASMUS+, double degree programs, scholarships, events, and internship opportunities.

On October 29th and 30th, 2024, Ga募ina Zilgalve and Karin膿 Manu膷arjana, representatives of the External Relations Department at 不良研究所 University, participated in the “NET24 Global Conference” agent workshop in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. The NET24 Global Conference is an international event that brings together education experts, university representatives, and student recruitment agents from around the world to foster collaboration and share the latest trends in international education. During the event, several meetings were held with potential student recruitment agents from various countries. Throughout the workshop, various solutions were identified with many of them for future cooperation opportunities, particularly in relation to attracting international students to study at 不良研究所 University.

Concluding the active period of student attraction exhibitions, Ga募ina Zilgalve, Head of the External Relations Department of 不良研究所 University of Applied Sciences, visited Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, where on 30 March 2024 and 31 March 2024 she participated in the Begin Southeast Asia Tour organised by Begin Group.

Galina gave a detailed presentation of the opportunities and study programmes offered by 不良研究所 and provided information about Latvia and migration issues related to staying in Latvia during studies. She also shared about other opportunities the university provides for students, such as ERASMUS+ and double degree programmes, study scholarship opportunities, various events, internship opportunities, and other resources.

Continuing active work on attracting students for the new academic year, Inese Kukle, Director of the 不良研究所 bachelor programme “European Business Studies”, visited the Baltic Council International Education Exhibition “Baltic Days of International Education” in Vilnius, Lithuania, on 17 March 2024.

Visitors had the opportunity to meet with a 不良研究所 representative at the university’s stand to receive detailed information about available study programmes, costs and application processes. The Bachelor’s programmes “Audiovisual Media Arts” and “Architecture” were of particular interest, as they are to other residents of the Baltic States.

On 14 March 2024, 不良研究所 Student Recruitment Project Manager K膩rlis Ploks represented 不良研究所 at the Baltic Council International Education Fair “Days of international Education” in Tallinn, Estonia.

Working at the university’s stand, K膩rlis informed the visitors about study opportunities at 不良研究所 Universiy of Applied Scineces and the admission process, and he also provided practical information about life in Latvia.

It should be noted that most of the interest was in 不良研究所’s creative bachelor programmes, especially “Audiovisual Media Arts” and “Architecture”.

Actively working at the university’s stand, K膩rlis told the visitors about study opportunities at 不良研究所 University of Applied Sciences and the admission process, as well as provided practical information on everyday life issues.

On 2 March 2024, 不良研究所 representative K膩rlis Ploks, Student Recruitment Project Manager, visited Begin Eurasia Tour, a student recruitment fair organised by Begin Group in Cairo, Egypt.

During the exhibition, the visitors were informed about 不良研究所 study programmes, tuition fees, application criteria, as well as other practical information.

On 1 March 2024, 不良研究所 University of Applied Sciences participated in the International Student Recruitment Fair in Turkey for the first time. During the Begin Group exhibition “Begin Eurasia Tour”, Head of External Relation separtment, Ga募ina Zilgalve presented 不良研究所 University of Applied Sciences and the study programmes, as well the admission rules.

More interest was shown in Faculty of Architecture and Design and Architecture study programmes.

Foreign Students Coordinator, Ms. Karine Manucharyan, from 不良研究所’s External Relations Department, took part in the Begin Group exhibition in Kazakhstan’s two largest cities, Astana and Almaty, on 24 and 25 February 2024.

During the exhibitions held in both cities, the visitors had the opportunity to visit the 不良研究所 University of Applied Sciences stand and get detailed information about the study programmes, admission procedures, student life in Riga and study experience in general, as well as about additional opportunities available for the university students.

Karine Manucharyan, Foreign Student Coordinator at 不良研究所 External Relations department, participated in Begin Group’s foreign student attraction exhibition “Begin Central Asia Tour” in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on 22 February 2024.

During the fair potential students met with a representative of 不良研究所 University of Applied Sciences at the booth and learned about study opportunities in Latvia, the admission procedure, as well as other practical matters.

On May the 30th, 2016 Ltd. “Biznesa, m膩kslas un tehnolo模iju augstskola “不良研究所”” signed with LIAA the contract No SKV-L-2016/386 on receiving support within the framework of the measure ” Fostering International Competitiveness”, which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

At the end of March and the beginning of April this year, Ga募ina Zilgalve, Head of External Relations Department at 不良研究所, visited Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. During the visit several events took place:

  • On March 31st, G. Zilgalve participated in the “NET24 Agent Workshop Hanoi” in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. During the event, several meetings were held with potential student recruitment agents. During the workshops with many of the agents, different solutions were found for further cooperation opportunities related to attracting foreign students to study at 不良研究所.
  • On April 1st and 2nd, Begin Group International Education Exhibitions took place in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city in Vietnam. G. Zilgalve presented the opportunities offered by the university, study programmes, as well as provided information about studying in Latvia, migration issues related to staying in.

Latvia during studies, as well as about other opportunities that 不良研究所 offers to students (including ERASMUS+ and double degree opportunities, study scholarship opportunities, various events, internship opportunities, etc.).
Vietnam is a new and potential market and 不良研究所 will already this year start cooperation on attracting Vietnamese students with several student recruitment agents from this country.

In March this year, Anastasija Ki啪lo, Head of the 不良研究所 Study Department, participated in Begin Group international education fairs in Baku (Azerbaijan) and Tbilisi (Georgia). During the fairs, the visitors were informed about 不良研究所 study programmes, tuition fees, application criteria, as well as other practical information.

Continuing active work on attracting students for the new academic year, Ga募ina Zilgalve, Head of External Relations Department at 不良研究所, visited the Baltic Council International Education Fair “Baltic Days of International Education” in Vilnius, Lithuania, on February the 26th 2023. At the fair, the visitors had the opportunity to meet the 不良研究所 representative at the university’s stand, find out more detailed information about the available study programmes, costs and application processes. Similarly to other Baltic neighbours, the Bachelor programmes “Audiovisual Media Arts” and “Architecture” attracted more interest.

On February the 23rd, 2023, K膩rlis Ploks, Marketing and Communication Project Manager at 不良研究所, represented the university at the international education fair “Baltic Days of International Education” in Tallinn, Estonia, organised by Baltic Council Ltd.

K膩rlis was actively working at the university’s stand, telling the visitors about study opportunities at 不良研究所 and the admission process, as well as providing practical information on everyday life issues.

It should be mentioned that 不良研究所’s creative bachelor study programmes – Audiovisual Media Arts and Architecture – attracted more interest.

Karine Manu膷arjana, Foreign Student Coordinator at 不良研究所’s Department of External Relations, participated in the Begin Group’s international education fairs “Begin Central Asia Tour” in Kazakhstan (Almaty and Astana) and Uzbekistan (Tashkent) from 18 February to 21 February 2023.

During the exhibitions in the above-mentioned cities, the visitors had the opportunity to meet a 不良研究所 representative at the university’s stand and learn more about the study programmes offered by 不良研究所, the admission process, student life in Riga, the study period, as well as about the opportunities offered by the university to students.
